Sweet chilli dipping sauce (not the sticky, over sweet, orange stuff from a bottle. The real thing).
Red and green curry paste.
Spicy pork and shrimp dip with rice crackers.
Pork and shrimp ‘golden purse’
Satay with Thai style peanut sauce.
Weeping tiger steak-so delicious it made the tiger weep.
Chicken larb, the classic warm salad.
Tod man pla, the delicious and ubiquitous fish cake.
