Low and slow
The cold weather calls for thick, filling dishes from soups to braised meats and slow roasts. Spend a day with us and learn what it is that delivers those deep flavours and unctuous sauces. Beef cheek cooked in the Vietnamese style, pork cheeks with Oloroso sherry and prunes, slow roast should of lamb are some of the dishes we will cook. £125 for the day with dinner for you and a guest, or £100 if you just wish to attend the day workshop.
